Families and community members can gather in beautiful spring weather to make strides against dyslexia or participate with a virtual option. On Saturday, May 18, 2024, the public is invited to join in the Walk for Dyslexia to benefit the Madison Area Children’s Dyslexia Center, which offers free, individualized tutoring for Dane County children who struggle with reading, writing, and spelling. In-person registration will begin at 7:30 am at Brittingham Park (829 W. Washington Avenue, Madison, WI). The 5K walk/fun run will start at 8:30 am. Participants are welcome to run or walk the course.
