Families and community members can gather in beautiful spring weather to make strides against dyslexia or participate with a virtual option. On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the public is invited to join in the Walk for Dyslexia to benefit the Madison Area Children’s Dyslexia Center, which offers free, individualized tutoring for Dane County children who struggle with reading, writing, and spelling. The 5K walk/fun run will start at 8:30 am. In-person registration will begin at 7:30 am at Brittingham Park (829 W. Washington Avenue, Madison, WI). Participants are welcome to run or walk the course. No timing is provided.
